Sadbhaav Child Development Foundation takes utmost care in processing and utilizing donations for the welfare of children with developmental and neurodevelopmental needs.
As donations are made voluntarily for charitable purposes, they are generally non-refundable.
Requests Considered
However, refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate transaction.
- Incorrect donation amount entered by the donor.
- Transaction debited but donation not successfully received by the Foundation.
- Technical or payment gateway error.
Refund Request
To request a refund, please email us within 7 days of the donation with the following details:
- Donor Name
- Transaction ID
- Date of Donation
- Amount Donated
- Reason for Refund

Refund Processing
After verification, eligible refunds shall be processed within 10–15 working days.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in the donor’s account depends upon the respective bank or payment service provider.
Non-refundable Cases
Refunds shall ordinarily not be processed if:
- The donation has already been utilized for charitable activities.
- Tax exemption certificate/receipt has already been issued and acted upon.
- The request does not satisfy the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
The decision of Sadbhaav Child Development Foundation regarding refund requests shall be final.
